Laps For Lunch

Took this on a lunch break swim and hasn’t posted. Now that I’m training everyday, being more efficient and scheduling sessions make a huge difference. Knocking out a swim during my lunch break makes me feel like I really accomplished something and I try to keep that momentum going all day. On Sunday I get my training plan from my coach @williamtritter and I put it on a calendar on the fridge and put what time of the day I need to do what workout. Now if I can just remember all these drills he wants me to do in the pool! #justkeepswimming #doyouspeakwhale #dontthinkofsnakes #yesiknowitscrazy
